Welcome to DigiPay Help Center. Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions about our payment gateway.
How do I register?
Visit the registration page and create a merchant account. Fill in your business details, upload KYC documents, and submit for review.
How long does KYC take?
KYC review typically takes 1-2 business days. You will be notified via email once approved.
How do I integrate the API?
After KYC approval, create an app from your dashboard. You will receive API keys that your developer can use. Check our API documentation for integration guides.
What are the fees?
DigiPay charges a flat 2% fee on all successful transactions. There are no setup fees, no monthly charges.
When do I get settled?
Settlements are processed within 24 hours of successful transactions directly to your registered bank account.
