1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the DigiPay payment gateway services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

DigiPay provides payment processing services including M-Pesa STK Push and card payment processing for merchants. We act as an intermediary between merchants and payment providers.

3. Merchant Obligations

Merchants must: (a) Provide accurate business information during registration, (b) Complete KYC verification, (c) Submit a signed consent letter authorizing DigiPay to process payments on their behalf, (d) Comply with all applicable laws.

4. Fees

A processing fee of 2% is deducted from each successful transaction. DigiPay reserves the right to modify fees with 30 days written notice.

5. Settlements

Successful transaction funds, less applicable fees, will be settled to the merchant's registered bank account within 24 hours. DigiPay may delay settlements for fraud investigation.

6. Prohibited Activities

Merchants shall not use DigiPay for illegal activities, money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law.

7. Termination

DigiPay may suspend or terminate merchant accounts for violation of these terms, suspected fraud, or excessive chargebacks.

8. Limitation of Liability

DigiPay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
